How would you describe public relations to a lay person?
2.. Tell us Tayo. How is PR different from advertising as many of my listeners like myself think they are both the same.
So what are the benefits of PR and what are the advantages and disadvantages of appointing a PR consultancy company or firm?
I think a lot of business owners especially a small one don't know the whole process and journey of creating PR for their brand, so Tayo walk us through a typical PR Project you've recently done for a recent or past client.
How should we as business owners use social media to reach and impress traditional media?
How would you advise them to deal with a PR crisis or who has recently received bad PR?

What is Race and should we be still be talking about it? Hi my lovelies Rachael here back with another podcast for you. As you can see from the title of our latest podcast we are going to be discussing race and how it could have the potential to effect our business and personal lives.
I myself come from a diverse family of all the nations of the world represented and I kid you not. I myself am a Nigerian and as you can see from the picture below of my husband of 21 years. My husband is a mix of Welsh, Black Caribbean, Scottish and Sri Lanka.
And in our extended families we have:-Italian, Nigerian, French and Indian.
What is Racial Discrimination? The Definition of Race
The term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin that has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms
What is Racial Discrimination At Work?
Employees are protected from discrimination at all stages of employment including recruitment, workplace terms and conditions and dismissal. Race includes colour, descent, nationality, ancestry or ethnic background or any characteristics associated with a particular race.
What is Racial Discrimination Based On Colour?
Discrimination based on skin colour. Discrimination based on skin colour, also known as colourism or shadeism, is a form of prejudice or discrimination in which people are treated differently based on the social meanings attached to skin colour.
